The order processing time is on average 1-3 working days after sending the automatic order confirmation. The order delivery time is 5-7 days. At the moment, deliveries only to Sweden. If you want to deliveries somewhere other than Sweden, please contact us either by email or by phone.

The right to exchange and return the product
If you want to exchange or return the product, it must be done within 14 days of the product's arrival. Inform us in advance about exchanging and returning products, this will speed up processing.
The product / products to be returned must be in salable condition, unused, in the original packaging and with the product tags attached.

Product broken in transit
We pack the products carefully, but sometimes the packages can be damaged during postal transport. When picking up the mail, please check that the condition of the package is perfect in the presence of the postal clerk.
