Terms of delivery

The order processing time is on average 1-3 working days after sending the automatic order confirmation. The order delivery time is 5-7 days. At the moment, deliveries only to Sweden. If you want to deliveries somewhere other than Sweden, please contact us either by email or by phone.

Shipping costs:

  • Shipping costs of packages according to weight.

  • 0-1 kg 74 kr.

  • 1-2 kg 109 kr.

  • 2-3 kg 122 kr.

  • 3-5 kg 149 kr.

  • 5-10 kg 219 kr.

  • An additional fee of 215 kr for very large packages.

The prices are its current prices.

The right to exchange and return the product

If you want to exchange or return the product, it must be done within 14 days of the product's arrival. Inform us in advance about exchanging and returning products, this will speed up processing.

The product / products to be returned must be in salable condition, unused, in the original packaging and with the product tags attached.
You can make a return as a Postnord customer return, the return is free of charge for you.

Remember to include your bank contact information in addition to your contact information with the return, so that we can return the money paid for the products. We pay refunds no later than 30 days after the return arrives.
 

Product broken in transit

We pack the products carefully, but sometimes the packages can be damaged during postal transport. When picking up the mail, please check that the condition of the package is perfect in the presence of the postal clerk. If the postal package is damaged in transit and if the ordered product / products are damaged, file a damage report at the post office.
